Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for being here.

Whether this is your first time joining us or you continue to study and retreat with us, we're so thankful that you keep trusting us with your study, education, travel, yoga, and retreat experience.

We strive for inclusiveness and high-quality offerings that are available for all. Our goal is for you to have an enchanted and profound experience with us at every step of our journey together, from the first email exchange to the last goodbye hug.

Because we book venues, accommodation, catering, and teachers well in advance, and often can't recover those costs ourselves, please read this carefully before you book. Once you book, the terms below apply, and for fairness they apply equally to everyone, including friends and family.

Changing your mind (online & pre-recorded courses)

For our online and pre-recorded courses bought at a distance, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Because these give you immediate access to digital content, this right ends once you start the course, and by starting it you agree to that. If you haven't started yet and you're within 14 days, email us and we'll refund you.

In-person trainings & retreats

Our in-person trainings and retreats are held on specific dates, with places, rooms, and meals reserved in your name ahead of time. For this reason, once booked, these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, whatever the reason you're unable to attend, including illness, pregnancy, emergencies, travel disruption, visa or flight problems, or a change of circumstances. This is also why we so strongly recommend insurance (see below).

If you arrive late, leave early, miss online training days, or don't complete your homework, we can't guarantee certification, and no refund is given for the remaining part of your training or retreat, online or in person.

Your deposit

A deposit secures your spot (usually somewhere around €500–600, depending on the training). Your deposit is non-refundable and, other than the statutory right to change your mind described above, non-transferable. For fairness and inclusion, this applies equally to everyone, including friends and family.

Leaving or being asked to leave

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if they are deemed physically or mentally unfit (by a professional in our team), in which case we'll do our best to help with care and support, or if their behaviour is disruptive to the group in any way. In the event of such dismissal, no refunds will be made for travel, meal, or accommodation packages booked, or for the training, and the participant will forfeit any content related to the training, including the communication channel. This applies equally when a participant chooses to leave.

Promotions

If we run promotions, they only apply to a service or product after that service or product has been announced.

Health form

Before a training begins, you'll be asked to complete a form so you can share your current health, both mental and physical.

Recording

Please note that some trainings are recorded in the Zoom online sessions, and this material may also be used in future trainings for educational purposes.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a purchase. If you're booking an in-person training or a retreat, we strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance and an extension to your health insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
