Autumn equinox marks the one true balance point of the year, the moment light and dark stand equal before the dark begins its slow rise. In Taoist thought it is a threshold moment, when yang begins yielding to yin, when the harvest is gathered and the body is invited inward…yet the importance of leaning into community and connection stays important.
